Background
Frank is from Alexandria, Louisiana and has been in the Phoenix, Arizona area since 1999. He picked up the guitar when he was 13 years old and began playing professionally at the age of eighteen. While in Louisiana he was seen frequently on The Louisiana Hayride which is their answer to The Grand Old Opry.
The Music
You’ll find his sets range from solo-acoustic soft-rock tunes like Loggins & Messina, James Taylor and The Eagles, to the Caribbean flavor of Jimmy Buffet and Harry Belafonte; then, thanks to modern technology you can hear him perform fully orchestrated classics such as Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, and Michael Bublè. You’ll even hear some Rockabilly and some Country thrown in there, just for fun.
The Solo Quintet ®
A recent addition to Frank’s sound is a technological marvel which takes his voice and digitally reproduces it in real time. It then uses a specialized computer to intelligently spread it out over a harmony spectrum. This allows him to produce 2-5 parts singing in perfect harmony, making even solo-acoustic tunes far more interesting and harmonically rich.
The Love of Music
One other thing to know is that Frank loves what he does. Most nights he plays almost non-stop because taking a break would mean that much less time for him to enjoy playing.
